OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- The brother of a University of Oklahoma student who blew himself up on campus will stand trial for allegedly threatening FBI agents in Colorado.

U.S. District Judge Robert Blackburn Friday set a four-day trial beginning June 25th for 25-year-old Thomas Hinrichs, brother of Joel Hinrichs III.

Joel Hinrichs blew himself up October 1, 2005, outside a packed Oklahoma Memorial Stadium during an OU football game.

His brother, who lives in Colorado Springs, was charged late last year with threatening two FBI agents in that city in October and November.

He was being investigated as part of a broad probe of what was involved in his brother's death.

Thomas Hinrichs also is awaiting trial in state court in Colorado Springs for allegedly assaulting his father, Joel Hinrichs Junior, on November 15th.
