The suspect in a downtown Tulsa club shooting heads to court Friday. The preliminary hearing gets underway Friday for Rahkeem Smith.

Smith is accused of shooting 18-year-old Jeremy Lin in the face at 'The Ministry' Club at 2nd and Greenwood on February 10th.

A 15-year-old boy was shot in the incident.
