OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ A bill approved by the state Senate Wednesday would prevent student-aged sex offenders from attending the same school as their victims.

Senators voted 47-0 for the bill by House Speaker Lance Cargill.

The Harrah Republican says he introduced the bill after a female student in his district told him that a classmate who raped her was allowed to return to the same school.
