A one car rollover accident on U.S. Highway 412 in Rogers County sends one person to the hospital overnight. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the driver apparently fell asleep at the wheel early Thursday morning.

The husband of the driver tried to slow down the car, but the car went over the median. The car rolled one time. The driver was not hurt, but the driver's husband was taken to the hospital. His injuries are not life threatening.

Just after 3:30 a.m. Thursday, a man had to be rescued from his truck after he veered off the road near 36th Street North and Lewis and hit a utility pole. Police say the man was hospitalized for non-life threatening injuries.

Tulsa Police believe alcohol may have played a role in the accident.
