Another person is in custody in connection with a deadly shooting at an EZ Pawn store in Tulsa earlier this month. Tulsa Police say Devin Kirby turned himself in Tuesday night. Kirby faces charges of murder and robbery with a dangerous weapon.

Police say Kirby was in a group of men who shot 21-year-old Cody Holmes on April 6th.

Police say they have recovered the gun they believe was used in the crime. However, Tulsa Police are still looking for Marquaillo Holbert, who they say was the actual shooter.
