LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) -- For Nebraska quarterback Sam Keller, Saturday will be the closest thing to game conditions he's experienced since 2005, when he started Arizona State's first seven games.
Keller said he's excited about playing in the spring game because he thrives on big crowds.
Coach Bill Callahan has said he won't declare a starting quarterback until the week of the opener against Nevada. But speculation outside the program is that the job is Keller's to lose.
Keller said he has no control over fans' perceptions. He says he plans to put on a show in the spring game and record good passing numbers.
