OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) Oklahoma County Commissioner Brent Rinehart is filing a grievance with the Oklahoma State Bar against Attorney General Drew Edmondson.

The grievance comes a week after Edmondson filed felony charges of money laundering, conspiracy and perjury against Rinehart and his campaign manager -- Tim Pope.

The grievance says Edmondson made comments to reporters that are prejudicial and constitute professional misconduct.

Edmondson told reporters after he filed the charges that he doesn't believe an official charged with the offenses Rinehart faces should remain in office.

Edmondson spokesman Charlie Price says Edmondson and his staff haven't had time to review the grievance.
