A man accused of crashing into a car full of teenagers has been arrested again, and his bond has been revoked. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says David Olinghouse was speeding before the fatal Washington County crash. 18-year-old Michael Phillips and his friends were going to sign up for the National Guard. Phillips was killed in the accident. Olinghouse is being prosecuted for negligent homicide in connection with the July 2006 accident.
He was also arrested in Tulsa for drunk driving in January. A Tulsa County judge revoked his bond, calling Olinghouse a threat to public safety.
