If you’re a fan of Roy Clark you need to head out to Sand Springs. The ‘Roy Clark, Sixty Spectacular Years of Entertainment’ exhibit opened Tuesday at the Sand Springs Historical Museum. It features personal items owned by the legendary singer and his wife Barbara. Albums, specially made jackets, photos and letters are also in the exhibit.
"We stumbled across a play list he had made a very long time ago in one of the cases for one of the instruments," said Adeline Sutherland with the Sand Springs Historical Museum.
The museum runs through June. It’s located on the Charles Page Triangle in downtown Sand Springs. Their hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
