Tulsa Police have identified the victim in the city's 17th homicide of the year. A Tulsa man is in the Tulsa County jail, accused of stabbing 15-year-old Kyle McQuarrie early Sunday morning. Tulsa Police arrested 23-year-old Erick Bishop. Bishop is being held on a complaint of 1st degree manslaughter. Bond was set at $50,000.
Tulsa Police say they found McQuarrie outside Bishop's home in the 3000 block of West 70th at about 1 a.m. Sunday.
Police officers say McQuarrie was taken to the hospital where he later died. Police say McQuarrie went to Bishop's house, then McQuarrie and Bishop got into some kind of dispute and that is when Bishop allegedly stabbed the teen with a sword.
