RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif. (AP) _ Shi Hyun-Ahn remains the clubhouse leader in the first-round of the Kraft Nabisco Championships. The South Korean birdied her final hole to cap a 4-under-par 68. That's two better than compatriot Jee Young Lee, Catriona Matthew and Sweden's Maria Hjorth.

Top-ranked Annika Sorenstam opened the year's first major with a 3-over 75.

Defending champion Karrie Webb of Australia is still out on the course, as is last year's runnerup, Lorena Ochoa.
