Tulsa Police are trying to figure what caused the driver of a mini-van to run off the road near 25th and Garnett early Tuesday morning. Police say the driver was heading northbound on Garnett when he veered off the road, hit a gas meter and ended up in a ditch.

The driver of the vehicle suffered some injuries; there is no information on his name or his condition.

Tulsa Police say another motorist ran over something in the same section of Garnett at about the same time as the accident and officers are trying to figure out if that is what caused the accident.
