OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ Oklahoma County prosecutors say they won't file charges in the shooting death of a 6-year-old boy.

Police say Donald Hastings died March 8th when a shotgun blast hit him in the face while he and two other children were playing in a sport-utility vehicle on the city's northeast side.

District Attorney David Prater says investigators were unable to identify anyone culpable for the boy's death and determined it was -- quote -- ``a tragic accident.''
