A fire at the home of a former Major League Baseball player sends Tulsa firefighters into action early Monday morning. It happened about 2 a.m. at a home located in the 6700 block of East 65th Street.
According to Tulsa Fire officials, a patio chimenea on the home's back deck started the fire. The fire was quickly contained to the deck, but it caused about $5,000 in damage.
The home belongs to former Major League Baseball player Charlie O'Brien.
