Two labor unions are speaking out about the death of a Tulsa laundry worker. Eleazar Torres-Gomez died Tuesday when he was dragged inside an industrial dryer at the Cintas Corporation plant in Tulsa. Cintas is a uniform laundry service.

The "Unite Here!" and Teamsters unions claim Cintas does not do enough to protect its workers company wide and has been cited by the Occupational, Safety and Health Administration or OSHA more than 170 times for unsafe working conditions.

The News On 6 contacted Cintas on Wednesday and they said their safety record is 30% better than similar sized facilities in the industry. Cintas officials say their Tulsa plant has some of the highest scores on safety compliance requirements.
