A Tulsa County District Court judge has ended probation for one of three Jenks High School football players charged with a teammate's accidental traffic death.

District Judge Edward Hicks ended probation Monday for 18-year-old Eric Davis. He was charged with reckless driving. The other two players will be on probation until May 7th.

The accident happened last July when some Jenks High School football players were coming back to Jenks after playing paintball. They were riding in two SUVâ€™s on the Creek Turnpike. The passengers in one SUV fired a paintball into the other SUV, and that is when the Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Davis lost control and wrecked.

Garrett Bennett was killed in the accident.
