After a stormy, windy weekend with cooler temperatures, springlike weather will return to Oklahoma as this week begins.

The National Weather Service said Monday will be mostly sunny, with highs in the upper 50s to around 70. Skies will remain mostly clear overnight, with lows dropping into the upper 20s to upper 30s.

Tuesday will be mostly sunny, with highs in the mid 60s to low 70s. Skies will turn partly cloudy and a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms will return to most of the state on Wednesday, except for the Panhandle, which will remain dry. Highs will be in the mid 60s to low 70s.

A chance for rain will continue Thursday in eastern Oklahoma, with a slight chance of rain elsewhere in the state. Highs will range from the low 50s in the Panhandle to the upper 60s in southeastern Oklahoma.

Friday will be partly to mostly clear, with highs in the upper 40s to upper 50s.
