TULSA, Okla. (AP) A Collinsville man involved in a head-on collision early Sunday morning near Claremore has died.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 49-year-old Jimmy Ray Burch died about 10:40 Sunday morning at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa.

Burch was driving a sedan westbound on State Highway 20 shortly before 4 oâ€™clock Sunday morning when his car went left of center and slammed head-on into a sport utility vehicle.

The driver of the sport utility vehicle and two passengers were treated and released from a Tulsa hospital. A third passenger in the SUV was in good condition Sunday morning.
