OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ A judge sentences an Oklahoma City resident to six years in prison for peeping under a woman's skirt with a camera.

Oklahoma County District Judge Twyla Mason Gray found 28-year-old Kevin Wayne Durant guilty following a three-day, non-jury trial in November. Yesterday she ordered the 28-year-old to also undergo sex offender treatment and other therapy.

Durant says he didn't know there was a camera in his backpack as he walked around the welcome center at Oklahoma City Community College on August 31st, 2005. He said he was looking for his sunglasses when he unknowingly took pictures of a female student.

Gray says it's clear from the video that Durant intended to take the pictures. The judge said she decided to send Durant to prison because he hadn't expressed any remorse for his actions, or earlier instances of peeping and a 2003 second-degree rape conviction in Canadian County.

Gray says Durant must show a willingness to change his behavior while he's being treated in prison or he will serve the entire six-year term behind bars.
