FORT SMITH, Ark. (AP) -- Prosecutors in Fort Smith, Arkansas, say the murder trial of a man charged in the deaths of two Oklahoma children and their mother will begin in July.

The trial of James Aaron Miller is to start the week of July 16th although an exact date hasn't been set.

He's charged with capital murder in the December 22nd deaths of 5-year-old Sydney Barr; 2-year-old Garrett Barr; and their 28-year-old mother -- Bridgette Barr.

Investigators say Sydney was stabbed, Garrett suffocated and the mother strangled.

Miller and Bridgette Barr were living together in Fort Smith and the children lived with their father in Muldrow and were visiting their mother for Christmas.
