SAND SPRINGS, Okla. (AP) -- Sand Springs Police say the fourth suspect in a deadly hit-and-run is now in custody.
Authorities say Richard Dean McCoy was arrested in the McAlester area on a charge of being an accessory after the fact to first-degree murder.
McCoy is one of two people charged as an accessory in the December 4th death of Danny Clay King of Tulsa. A fourth person is charged with first-degree murder.
King was found dead on a road near the Million Dollar Elm Casino and police say he was killed because of a drug deal gone bad.
Officers have also arrested Jeanie Britt, Billy Bolding and Tillie Sue Dutton. Britt is believed to have been driving the car that hit King and is charged with murder while Dutton and Bolding are charged as accessories.
