MOSCOW (AP) _ A jet plane carrying only its crew overturned while taking off during a snowstorm and caught fire at Moscow's Vnukovo airport on Tuesday, emergency and aviation officials said. An aviation official said the three-member crew survived the crash.

The plane was leaving for Berlin when it crashed during takeoff, an Emergency Situations Ministry spokeswoman said. She said it was an Airbus A-310, but a spokesman for Russia's Air Navigation Service, Andrei Pryanishnikov, said it was a smaller, American-made plane _ possibly a corporate jet. He said all three people on board survived.

The plane overturned while taking off and caught fire, air traffic controller Konstantin Fyodorov told state-run television.
