Tulsa County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a man they say killed his infant son. 18-year-old Dale Ackerson was arrested Monday afternoon in Tulsa, officials said. He is charged with first-degree murder in the February 4th death of his two-month-old son.

The baby was found not breathing at a Tulsa apartment complex, he was pronounced dead at the hospital. The Medical Examiner determined the infant died of blunt force trauma to the abdomen and head.

The boy was Tulsaâ€™s 13th murder, and the second baby killed in 2007.
