Homicide detectives need your help to find two men they believe are connected to a murder from two weeks ago. News on 6 crime reporter Lori Fullbright reports in this weeks’ “Catch a Crook.”

The police call went out just after 3 a.m. on January 27th at the Fulton Plaza apartments, in the 4600 block of South Fulton Avenue. The call was for shots fired, but ended up being much more serious.

"It was there in front of an apartment, they found 25 year old Michael Davis lying on the sidewalk. He was obviously dead from gunshot wounds," Tulsa Police Officer Scott Walton said.

Detectives developed two persons of interest in the case, they are looking for 27-year-old Rashad Phipps and Deangelo Penny.

"Penny is 30. A possible suspect vehicle is a dark colored SUV," said Walton.

It could be a Chevy Blazer, anyone with information, can help move this case from unsolved, to solved.

If you can help police find Rashad Phipps, Deangelo Penny or Dale Ackerson, call Crimestoppers at 596-COPS.
