ADA, Okla. (AP) _ The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is looking into the death of a 22-year-old Pontotoc County jail inmate who died after he was taken to the hospital.

Skyler Anthony Kelly died about 3:30 p.m. Monday at Valley View Hospital in Ada. Kelly recently was convicted and had been at the jail about a month awaiting sentencing and a transfer to the Lexington Correctional facility, said Undersheriff Joe Glover.

A jailer noticed Kelly was vomiting earlier in the day. About 1:30 p.m., a jailer called for an ambulance and Kelly was taken to the hospital.

Kelly had told one of his cellmates that he wasn't feeling well and had heartburn, reports said.

Jail officials said they weren't aware of any medical conditions Kelly may have had. No other Pontotoc County Jail inmates displayed similar symptoms, Glover said.

``It's just unusual that a 22-year-old male dies,'' Glover said. ``The doctor says he might have had an unknown heart condition.''

Results from the medical examiner should take about three weeks, Glover said.
