Owasso High School has a new head football coach. Bill Patterson, who has served as the schoolâ€™s offensive line coach, was named to the top job on Monday afternoon.

Patterson takes over for Kirk Fridrich, who was named Union High Schoolâ€™s head football coach back in December.

Patterson has been with Owasso for three years. Before that, he was Duncan High Schoolâ€™s head coach.

Last year, Patterson was named as an assistant coach for the all start football game.
