A new report shows Oklahoma's Indian tribes took in a combined $1.5 billion in revenue in 2005.And that puts the state fourth in the nation. And it's about 40-percent higher than the year before.
The report says 28 Oklahoma tribes operated 90 gaming facilities in 2005. Nationally, 227 tribes operate gaming in 30 states. They brought in a combined revenue of more than $22.5 billion.
Officials say the addition of concerts and restaurants will continue to fuel growth of Indian gaming.
