UNDATED (AP) On N-H-L ice, Sheldon Souray set up a pair of power-play goals in the 3rd-period before his overtime goal gave Montreal a 4-3 triumph over Pittsburgh. Tomas Plekanec scored twice and set up the game-winner as the Canadiens ended the Penguins' season-high six-game winning streak.
In the only other NHL game, Alexander Semin scored the lone shootout goal and Olaf Kolzig finished with 31 saves as Washington ended a three-game skid, topping the New York Islanders 2-1. Mike Sillinger scored the lone goal for the Isles, who are4-0-3 in their last seven.
