JONES, Okla. (AP) -- More than 100 marijuana plants worth $200,000 are seized when authorities raided two rural Oklahoma County residences.
Authorities arrested 36-year-old Tommy -D- Gee and 39-year-old Scott -L- Malone Tuesday morning at separate, neighboring mobile homes in Jones, northeast of Oklahoma City.
Sheriff's office spokesman Mark Meyers says the marijuana plants were found in one of the mobile homes.
Deputies seized surveillance equipment and several weapons, including an assault-style rifle, and about $9,000 in cash.
Oklahoma City animal control officers captured 19 pit bull terriers found on the property.
Gee was booked into the Oklahoma County jail on complaints of unlawful cultivation of a controlled and dangerous substance, among other counts.
Malone was booked into jail on complaints of unlawful cultivation of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bail is set at $5,500.
