OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ David West had 21 points and ten rebounds, and Jannero Pargo kept New Orleans' offense going in the fourth quarter as the Hornets beat Portland 103-to-91.
After Juan Dixon's 3-pointer Monday night brought the Blazers to 76-74, New Orleans came back with a 10-to-2 run that Bobby Jackson capped with a 3-pointer and a jumper from the foul line.
Pargo -- who finished with 16 -- scored New Orleans' next 12 points, including a difficult driving layup that stretched the Hornets' lead to 13 at 96-83.
Portland got back within 96-89, but Pargo answered with a jumper and Desmond Mason added a 3-pointer to restore the advantage to 12.
Randolph led the Trailblazers with 20 points, followed by 10 points from Brandon Roy, 15 from Dixon and Ime Udoka's 14.
The Blazers trailed after allowing a 13-and-0 run in the first quarter, but they took their first lead when Udoka hit a 3-pointer that put Portland ahead 53-52.
New Orleans responded by scoring six points in a row.
