Police are looking for a suspect in connection with a shooting in east Tulsa.

The shooting which occurred shortly after 1 p.m. Wednesday sent a man to the hospital. Tulsa Police say the victim was shot twice, once in the arm and in the chest.

The location was The Landing Apartments in the 9700 block of East 12th Street. Police investigators say the victim and witnesses are not cooperating.

The victim is listed in serious condition. His name has not been released.
