Motive Sought In Tulsa Murder-Suicide

Tulsa Police are investigating what they're calling a bizarre murder-suicide. Tuesday afternoon officers found a woman, her husband and their three dogs dead inside their home near 2nd and Indianapolis. They all had gunshot wounds to their heads.

Tulsa Police say the husband and wife left suicide notes. They say the husband was the shooter. Now they're looking for a motive.

Some neighbors, like Russ Brumble, say the husband had a violent past. â€œBasically he was not a happy person and I'm not sure she was either."

The couple's names have not been released. They are white and in their 40's.

Court documents show the man who lived at that address was in Tulsa County District Court last Friday. He was bound over for trial on an assault and battery with a dangerous weapon charge.
