It's also Oklahoma's 23rd straight win against Big 12 Conference opponents.
With wins in their past two games, the Cowgirls had ended a 25-game Big 12 losing streak and then a 26-game road losing streak. But they couldn't stop the Sooners from winning a 16th straight game in the Bedlam series.
Oklahoma has won the past 10 games by double figures.
Oklahoma used a 9-2 run to take a 26-12 lead on Amanda Thompson's three-point play off an offensive rebound with 8:48 to play in the first half. Oklahoma State closed to within 28-20 on Shaunte Smith's fast-break layup, but Rush responded with a 3-pointer for Oklahoma and the Sooners led by at least 10 the rest of the way.
