Some TU athletes are putting their muscle behind a very important cause.
The women's rowing team has been breaking a sweat since 10 AM Wednesday to raise money for Habitat for Humanity.
The fundraiser is based on pledges, which means the longer they row, the more money they make. Julie Domina, TU assistant coach of the women's rowing team: “team members row for an hour each on our indoor machines. 50-percent of the money goes to Habitat for Humanity, the local university chapter and they put that towards building a house in Tulsa for a less well-off family.â€
