The Tulsa Fire Department was called out to the Falls Apartments at 61st and Memorial at around 2:45 AM Tuesday.

An 18 year old man was with friends sliding on the ice with his feet before falling about 20 feet to the bottom of a hill. EMSA secured the man on a stretcher, and then fire crews had to use ropes to pull up the stretcher to the ambulance.

The man was pretty banged up. He was taken to a Tulsa hospital, we don't have his condition.
