OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) Governor Brad Henry is preparing to announce his cabinet for his second term.

Henry isn't expected to make any major changes from his first administration, saying he has great confidence in those he appointed during his first term.

Just a week ago, Henry was sworn in to another four-years in office. He was overwhelmingly re-elected in November over former Republican Congressman Ernest Istook.

Henry has 45 days from his inauguration to announce his cabinet.

Two cabinet posts are vacant. Kathy Taylor resigned as commerce secretary for a successful run for Tulsa mayor. The health post was vacated when Terry Cline, director of the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, left to take another job.

Appointments must be confirmed by the state Senate.
