Tulsa Police say alcohol was a factor in a spectacular accident overnight.

A woman was eastbound on I-44 near Harvard when she left the highway. She went about 250 yards across a grassy area and hit a culvert. Police say amazingly, she crossed Harvard without hitting any vehicles, before coming to a stop on an entrance ramp.

The woman was not hurt.

A two-vehicle accident closed southbound US highway 75 early Friday morning. It happened about 4 AM near 81st Street. Tulsa Police say two cars collided. One driver hit a guardrail, destroying his vehicle.

Two people received minor injuries.

The southbound lanes of the highway were closed for about an hour and a half.
