Things may be moving rather quickly in the hunt for a new football coach for the University of Tulsa.
A TV station in Houston is reporting that Tulsa has offered the job to Todd Graham of Rice.
Graham just signed a 5 year contract extension with Rice. Before coming to Rice, Graham was the defensive coordinator for TU. He spent three seasons at the University of Tulsa before taking the top job at Rice a year ago.
Graham’s record at Rice was 7-6 and it earned them a berth in the New Orleans Bowl. The year before, Rice finished with a 1-10 season.
There are conflicting reports as to whether or not he has signed a deal with TU or is still mulling the offer.
