A federal judge in Tulsa rules that evidence seized in David Abston's child pornography investigation will not be dismissed.

The former owner of a Broken Arrow skating rink is accused of distributing child porn.

His attorney said pictures taken from Abston's home computer were seized illegally, but the judge disagreed.
