WESTVILLE, Okla. (AP) -- Two Westville men are facing possible fines for allegedly failing to remove an illegal dam from an Adair County creek.
Darryl Cates and Eddy Murray could face fines of up to $32,500 dollars each for alleged violations of the US Clean Water Act.
Both men were named in separate administrative orders alleging they built a gravel dam and roadway in July 2005.
