Tulsa police are investigating the attempted sexual assault of a 6-year-old girl.

It happened Saturday near 56th and Peoria Place, officials said.

There have been two other similar assaults in the same area in the past two years, but investigators say they don't have a common suspect description. Officials also so it's too early to know if the cases are connected.

In each case, the suspect entered the home through an open or unlocked window.
