MUSKOGEE, Okla. (AP) -- A construction company whose president and three employees are under indictment for using substandard materials on state roads is now suing the Oklahoma Department of Transportation.
Muskogee-based Glover Construction is suing ODOT for $360,000 for work done in Haskell County in 1999.
The lawsuit also asks for interest and attorney fees.
A multi-county grand jury indicted Glover president George Glover and employees Wade Hopkins, Gary Carter and Jarod Smith in June for conspiracy against the state.
Glover was also indicted last December for conspiracy and witness intimidation.
