Driver Killed In One-Car Latimer County Crash

WILBURTON, Okla. (AP) -- A motorist was killed in a one-car crash in Latimer County.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol identified the victim as 19-year-old Morgan Foster of Red Oak.

Troopers say the crash occurred Wednesday afternoon on a county road southeast of Wilburton. The vehicle was eastbound on a county road when the driver lost control and the vehicle ran off the road, struck a telephone pole and overturned, coming to rest on its top.

The patrol says Foster was pronounced dead at the scene. Troopers say the victim wasn't wearing a seat belt.
