Tulsa Police officers raced for two hours against the clock to save a little boy's life, after his mother called and said she was going to kill her son and herself.
News on 6 crime reporter Lori Fullbright says she finally agreed to meet and Tulsa Police quickly took her into custody and were thrilled to see 2-year-old Seth, alive and well.
Officers gave Seth a stuffed animal and held him until they could get a car seat, so he could be taken into Department of Human Services custody. They realize this story could've had a much worse ending, which would've been devastating, especially this time of year.
Tulsa Police Cpl. David Crow: "I try not to get too personal, but, you're absolutely right. There's enough stress this time of year without us having to worry about the well being of a 2 year old."
Seth's mother will be given a mental evaluation while Seth is in protective custody. Tulsa Police say she later denied making any threats to harm her son or herself.
