Christmas cheer is brightening the lives of some sick kids.
The Tulsa office of the American Cancer Society donated more than 100 toys to the Pediatric Oncology Clinic at St. Francis Tuesday. The toys will be put into the hospital’s toy closet.
Families who can't buy Christmas gifts for their sick children and their siblings, get to pick toys out of the closet.
Kristen Taylor with the American Cancer Society: "the cost of battling cancer for these kids is really high and it takes a toll on the pocketbook. This is how we have chosen to help out over the holidays."
This is the second year the American Cancer Society has donated to the St. Francis toy closet.
