Norwood finished with 107 yards on 9 carries for the 6-6 Falcons, who totaled 256 yards on the ground.

Michael Vick completed 8-16 passes for 122 yards and 2 scores as Atlanta stopped a four-game losing streak.

Ladell Betts ran for a career-high 155 yards and a touchdown on 28 carries for the 4-8 Redskins.
