UNDATED (AP) Arkansas has already clinched a berth in the BCS title game so its motivation today against 9th ranked LSU is to improve on its standing in the BCS.

The 5th ranked Razorbacks are 6th in the BCS and have a remote chance to play for the national championship. With wins over LSU and Florida next week, the 10-1 Razorbacks could jump significantly.

The Tigers enter Friday’s game in Little Rock 9-2 and look to win the Golden Boot trophy for the fourth straight year.

Arkansas' last win came in 2002 when Matt Jones threw a 32-yard touchdown pass to DeCori Birmingham with :09 seconds remaining to give the Hogs a 21-20 victory.

Texas and Texas A&M are meeting for the 113th time in their storied rivalry. The 11th ranked Longhorns have dominated this series of late with the Aggies' last win coming in 1999. A&M last won in Austin in 1994.

If Texas wins it will lock up the Big 12 South and a berth in the conference title game against Nebraska. The Longhorns come in 9-2 and 6-1 in the conference, while the Aggies are 8-3 overall and 4-3 in the league. The 8 wins are the most for coach Dennis Franchione during his tenure in College Station.

Also on Friday’s college football platter is #25 Nebraska hosting Colorado. The Cornhuskers enter 8-3 and 5-2 in the Big 12, while the Buffaloes come in 2-9 and 2-5 in the conference under first-year coach Dan Hawkins.
