OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Investigators in Oklahoma City believe the shooting death of a 4-year-old boy Sunday may have been an accident.
Oklahoma City Police Lieutenant Don Holland says authorities responded to reports of a domestic disturbance at a house in south Oklahoma City about 7:15 AM. They found four adults, the victim and two other children.
Lara O'Leary of the Emergency Management Services Authority says the victim had been shot in the head but was still alive when paramedics brought him to the University of Oklahoma Medical Center. The boy later died. His name wasn't released.
Neighbors described the boy's parents as hardworking people who always looked after their children.
Holland says the family was questioned and released.
