OU (7-2, 4-1, Big 12) faces South Division rival Texas Tech (6-4, 3-3, Big 12), Saturday night.
The Sooners may want revenge after Tech’s controversial win, last year.
Tech won the last meeting 23-21 on Taurean Henderson's 2-yard touchdown run as time ran out. Instant replays were unable to determine whether Henderson had extended the ball across the goal line before he was down. It was the Red Raiders first win over the Sooners in 6 years.
The Red Raiders have scored at least 31 points in each of their last three games. Texas Tech leads the Big 12 in total offense and ranks 3rd in passing offense.
On the other hand, Oklahoma leads the Big 12 in total defense and pass defense. The Sooners have allowed a total of 29 points in the last three games.
Oklahoma leads the series 10-3. The Sooners have won 5 of the last 6 meetings and 4 straight in Norman.
This is OU’s final home game of the season.
Kick off against Texas Tech is at 6 o’clock Saturday night, in Norman.
