The search for a missing child ends successfully in Tulsa overnight.

4-year-old Devin Clark was found safe Friday morning and a cell phone helped Tulsa Police locate him.

Devin was reported missing Thursday afternoon by his father Odell Clark. Clark says he left the child with two women he didn't really know. But Odell Clark also left his cell phone with them.

That phone helped Tulsa Police narrow their search and find Devin. Police tracked the signal to southwest Tulsa, and that's where they found the boy at 4:15 AM Friday.

Tulsa Police arrested Odell Clark for the false report of a crime. The investigation into this bizarre case continues.
